At iCademy Arizona, we empower students to be their best by enabling them to learn in ways that are right for them—using innovative technology at home, at their proper level, and their own pace. 

All students have 24/7 access to high quality asynchronous curriculum. Our teachers work with students to provide individualized learning plans focused on academic and personal growth. Teachers monitor student progress through curriculum and provide feedback and support as needed. Support is customized to meet the needs of each students and may look like asynchronous feedback, live virtual student teacher meetings, small group virtual instructional session with peers, video feedback, and more! During the enrollment process guardians have the opportunity to share records and data that help inform student course placement. In the absence of provided records/data students are scheduled into courses containing grade level content. Teachers monitor student progress and recommend any course placement adjustments if needed. Three times a year each student has the option to participate in diagnostic and benchmark assessments to provide additional data on growth and proficiency. 

The learning coach, who is typically the parent or legal guardian, serves as an enthusiastic supporter, is dedicated to the student’s academic success, and is expected to be a very active participant in daily activities, depending on the student’s age.
