HOW ARE LOGIN CREDENTIALS SHARED?
After enrollment is approved, the parent/guardian will receive a Welcome Email from the school. It will contain the student username/password. Parents/Guardians are able to create their own observer accounts, directions will be provided in the same email as student credentials. If the email is not received it may have landed in the Junk/Spam folder.
HOW ARE TEACHER ASSIGNMENTS SHARED?
Each family receives a Welcome Call from the assigned teacher prior to the scheduled school start date. This is a chance for the teacher to learn about each student’s learning goals and preferences. The teacher will provide information about how to get started during this call.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL?
Students are asked to first complete the asynchronous Orientation Course. This course teaches students how to navigate the learning management system including how to access course content, how to complete work, how to contact the teacher, and more! Once the Orientation is completed, students are welcome to start working through the content in academic courses.
HOW IS TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT PROVIDED
Parents/Guardians and students can visit the AMP help site to call, live chat, or submit a ticket for assistance.
WHAT SUPPLIES ARE NEEDED?
Students need a personal computer to access coursework in the learning management system. Please review the information on minimum technology requirements for your personal computer HERE. Please note that it is not recommended to attempt to school on a tablet or mobile phone.
Students also need a designated workspace where you can be your best without distraction. Check that your equipment and internet are set up and working correctly. A pen/pencil and notebook are also helpful to have on hand. Your teacher will inform you if you need other supplies once school begins
ARE THERE LIVE SESSIONS? ARE STUDENTS ON CAMERA?
Teachers may invite students to optional live class sessions where other students are also in attendance, or to one-on-one sessions
CAN STUDENTS WORK AT THEIR OWN PACE?
Assignments have due dates and it is recommended that your work in line with those due dates to ensure timely completion of the course. However, we know that all students work at different paces and students may turn assignments in after the due dates as long as they are completed prior to the end of the academic term.
WHAT CURRICULUM IS OFFERED?
Curriculum information is located on our website under Academics. Our curriculum is nationally accredited by Cognia, a nonprofit organization that provides quality assurance for schools, school districts, and education service providers.

WHAT SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED TO THE CURRENT SCHOOL?
Students attending a private school with an ESA are not permitted to enroll in a public school in the state. Students need to notify current schools that they are withdrawing. Please obtain current report cards and upload these during the registration process.
